2. What We Will Never Do
- Never ask for your password, verification codes or any private information by email or chat.
- Never sell your personal information.
- Never share your information with third parties unrelated to fulfilling your order.
3. Information Security
- Account credentials such as passwords are stored encrypted (never in plaintext). We retain these credentials long-term — because, over our 6 years of operation, nearly ten users have contacted us for help after forgetting their own account password. Keeping encrypted credentials lets us assist you if you forget yours later.
- We do not share your information with third parties unrelated to fulfilling your order. Pokémon GO is operated by Niantic and others, with whom we are not affiliated (see Legal Notice).
4. Protecting Minors' Personal Information
Minors may not order on their own. If an order is necessary, a guardian must complete and sign the Guardian Informed-Consent Form and submit it for review; the specific limits are set out in the Terms of Service.
5. Managing Your Personal Information
- Access, correct or deleteSend us your request by email; we will handle it once we have verified your identity.
- Password-recovery helpIf you have forgotten a past account password, contact us and we will assist you after verifying your identity.

We handle these requests once we have verified the identity of the person making them.
