Refund Policy
Refund Policy
This page applies to order cancellations, recharge anomalies and failed services — use it to check how your case is handled.
Last updated: 2026-06
How Refunds Are Decided
- Before we begin recharging your account, you may request to cancel the order and receive a refund.
- Once an order enters the recharge process it is non-refundable, because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be reversed.
- If a delivery issue is caused by our own operation, it is handled under our lifetime guarantee — we resolve or compensate it.
- Issues inherent to a third-party account fall outside refunds and the guarantee.
An order counts as started once it enters the recharge process. You can check your order's current status through your order tracking link.

- How it is handled
- Not refundable
- Notes
- Digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be reversed.
Recharge completed normally
- How it is handled
- Not refundable
- Notes
- If a delivery issue appears later, the lifetime guarantee still applies.
2. Lifetime Service Guarantee
We provide a lifetime guarantee on our own fulfillment: for any delivery issue caused by our operation, we will resolve or compensate it no matter how much time has passed.
Scope
- Applies to delivery issues caused by our own operation, no matter how much time has passed.
- It does not mean an unconditional refund in every case; issues inherent to a third-party account are covered in the next section.
3. What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
- Logging into the account from an unclean / high-risk IP.
- The Google / Facebook account used for recharge having been created under an unclean IP and consequently flagged by that platform.
- Such cases are not our responsibility and fall outside refunds and the guarantee.
These situations are not the same as a failure of ForeverFriendsGO to fulfil the service.
