Until now a team shared one login: no way to tell who placed which order, and nobody dared change the password. Now every member gets their own account — the login name is simply "yours:theirs". How much of your balance they can spend is entirely up to you.
Sign in with your main account, open “Team & sub-accounts”, enter a name (2–16 letters, digits or underscores). Email is optional.
The system generates the initial password and shows it once. Hit “Copy all” and send the login URL, account and password together — they must change the password on first sign-in.
Turn on “Can use main account balance”, set a per-order cap and an amount per N days, choose where cancelled orders refund to, and save. It takes effect immediately.
It appears in that dialog and nowhere else. Copy it and send it right away — it cannot be recovered, only reset from the team page.
The limit only caps how much a sub-account may spend; no money moves into their name. If your balance cannot cover an order, no cap will make it go through.
Their prices always equal yours and cannot be set separately. Display name and tracking-link settings follow the main account too. Need different pricing? Talk to us.
Ordering, accounts, the open API, policies — every change that affects you.
New orders will gradually move to a new number format such as PW202609193854301463: always 20 characters, starting with two letters and ending in a check digit, with easily confused letters like O and I no longer used. Existing order numbers stay valid and can still be looked up. If you use the open API, treat order numbers as opaque strings.
Turn off product prices or the analytics dashboard for any individual sub-account. With prices off, unit prices, order amounts and the balance statement all disappear — ordering still works and the balance figure stays visible.
Open up to 20 sub-accounts yourself. Each member signs in separately, places their own orders and sees only their own; you see everything, set per-order and periodic caps, and can suspend anyone in one click.
On wide screens the ordering panel stays put on the left while the order list scrolls on the right — no more switching back and forth. The top bar adds five figures (to handle, in progress, awaiting confirmation, today, balance); click one to jump straight to that filter.
You no longer type a password for them: the system generates a 12-character one and shows it once. If a sub-account has its own email, completion emails for their orders go to them instead of you.
The dashboard gained a month picker (last 12 months, or all time) for order volume, hour-of-day distribution, top items and top customers. With sub-accounts you also get completed orders per account.
A new switch in your account settings: when an order is sent back for changes, your customer can cancel it from the tracking page and the money returns to your balance automatically — no need to contact support. Off by default.
“Too many items in the bag — please clear some and resubmit” joins the list. It shows in your order list and on your customer’s tracking page, each in their own language.
The FAQ became category tabs plus full-text search, covering ordering, refunds, account safety and order tracking. If nothing matches you can submit the question right there or switch to a human, in all 17 languages.
Generate a one-time binding code in the console, scan into the WeChat Work service chat and it binds automatically. After that, send the word “balance” any time to get your account balance.
Customers now see the whole track — ordered, queued, verifying, recharging, done — with what happens next spelled out, and verification handled on the same page. Noticeably fewer “where is my order” messages.
“Nudge” is back, and now switches itself on and off with the site-wide queue: available under 300 orders in line, greyed out with an explanation above that — the same busy threshold the shop uses.
For Google-login orders, customers can enter up to four two-step backup codes on the tracking page. We use them one at a time — no more passing codes back and forth in chat.
The full integration guide moved to /developers in 17 languages. No login needed, so you can read it and share it with your own developers before opening an account.
Place orders, query them and pull the current catalogue from your own system. Requests are signed; sending your own order number makes them idempotent, so a network retry never charges twice. Multi-item submissions are all-or-nothing.
When an order becomes completed, cancelled or needs changes, we push a signed callback to your endpoint. Failed deliveries retry on a 30-second-to-6-hour backoff, so you no longer have to poll.
A console for generating and rotating your own keys (shown once, at creation) and setting the callback URL, with the signing algorithm, code samples, status codes and a live catalogue on the same page.
See your last 12 months: order volume, distribution by day of week and hour of day, top 10 items and top 10 customers. Counted from your account alone — nobody else can see it.
Sign in by WeChat QR on the mainland route. You bind it first from an account you are already signed in to; an unbound WeChat can neither sign in nor create an account. Google sign-in is the overseas equivalent.
Item and bundle limits now follow exactly the same rules as the in-game shop, with “limit N” printed on the row instead of a blanket limit of one. Tiers of the same event remain mutually exclusive — picking a new one replaces the old.
Ordering, orders, payment and every dialog now follow the language you pick, not just Chinese and English. Product names went through a translation table as well.
Google sign-in requires binding first from an account you are already signed in to; an unbound Google account can neither sign in nor open an account. Order numbers on tracking links were unified at the same time, so your orders never expose our internal ones.
All three ordering paths — balance, WeChat, Alipay — now recalculate the price from your own rate and ignore whatever the page sends. Screenshot access was tightened and signing out really does clear the server session.
When you generate a link, choose whether it shows the order number, whether the customer may request a password change, and whether recharge screenshots appear. Your choices are remembered. Anything switched off is withheld at the API layer — dev tools will not reveal it.
Dealer orders can now carry a tracking link for your own customers to follow progress and submit verification codes themselves. The page is neutral end to end: no branding, no ordering entry, and never the name of any upstream platform or shop.
