These terms explain the service we provide, your responsibilities when placing an order, and how rights and disputes are handled.

Before You Order
- You have the legal right to use the game account you submit, or explicit authorization from its owner.
- Minors may not order on their own; a guardian must sign the Guardian Informed-Consent Form and pass review first.
- Pay through the official channels we provide; the order price is the one shown at checkout.
- Risk-control actions, bans or anomalies caused by issues inherent to a third-party account are outside our liability and guarantee.
- Cancellations, failed orders and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

1. Basics and Authorization
Our service and third-party relationship
ForeverFriendsGO (operated by 忆梦沃龙) provides Pokémon GO in-game top-up and recharge assistance. We are an independent third-party platform and are not affiliated with Niantic, Nintendo, or The Pokémon Company (see Legal Notice).
Account authorization and your responsibility
When ordering, you must have the legal right to use the submitted game account, or explicit authorization from its owner. All risks and liabilities arising from account ownership disputes, or from your violation of game terms or third-party platform rules, are borne by you.
Rules for minors
Minors may not order on their own. If an order is necessary, a guardian must complete and sign a Guardian Informed-Consent Form and send it to tony@dreamofdragon.org for review. Once approved, that minor may place one order per calendar month, capped at 15,500 coins per order.

2. Ordering and Fulfilment
How an Order Is Handled

Choose your item on the order page and submit the order details.
Details verified
We check the order and account details before processing starts.
Top-up processed
We carry out the top-up or assisted recharge as ordered.
Completion notice
We notify you of the result once processing is complete.
This describes the service process and does not add to or change these terms.
Pricing, offers and payment
Order prices are those shown at checkout, calculated against the price list at that time. Please pay through the official channels we provide.
3. Security and Risk
Third-party accounts and official game risk
We are responsible only for our own recharge operations. We are not liable for risk-control actions, bans, or anomalies caused by issues inherent to a third-party account, including but not limited to: (1) logging into the account from an unclean / high-risk IP; (2) the Google / Facebook account used for recharge having been created under an unclean IP and consequently flagged by that platform. Such cases fall outside our liability and guarantee.
Third-Party Accounts and Official Game RiskForeverFriendsGO is an independent third-party platform and is not affiliated with Niantic, Nintendo or The Pokémon Company; you also need to comply with the official game rules. Risk-control actions, bans or anomalies caused by issues inherent to a third-party account are outside our liability and guarantee.
4. Rights and Disputes
Intellectual property and trademarks
Pokémon, Pokémon GO and related names, logos and images are trademarks of their respective owners; references here are for describing the service and imply no affiliation or endorsement.
Liability and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service; our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order in question.
Changes to these terms and notices
We may update these terms from time to time and will post updates on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
